The Harding Partnership is committed to being a practice where everyone feels genuinely welcome.
I work with clients from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life, and I am particularly committed to creating a space that is affirming and accessible for LGBT+ individuals.
I understand that for many LGBT+ people, finding a practitioner who truly gets it, without needing to explain, justify, or edit yourself, can make all the difference. Whether you are navigating questions of identity and authenticity at work, managing the particular pressures that come with being LGBT+ in your professional environment, or simply looking for a coaching or assessment experience where you can show up as your whole self, you are welcome here.
My research background includes work on minority stress and belonging at work, and I bring both personal and professional understanding to this area. You do not need to disclose anything about your identity to work with me. But if it is relevant to what you want to explore, you will find a thoughtful and informed space to do so.
All sessions are conducted via video call, which means you can engage with this work from wherever feels most comfortable and safe for you.
