Assessment tools can generate powerful insights. But insight alone rarely creates lasting change. That tends to happen in conversation, when you have the space to make sense of what you have discovered, connect it to what is actually happening in your life and work, and begin to think differently about what you want to do next.
My coaching work is grounded in psychological science and shaped by genuine curiosity about the people I work with. I do not follow a rigid model or apply a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I work with you to understand what you are bringing to the conversation, what you are trying to make sense of, and what kind of support will be most useful. Some clients want to work through a specific challenge or transition. Others are looking for a thinking partner to help them navigate complexity or make better decisions. Others still are drawn to deeper questions about identity, values, and what a more meaningful working life might look like.
Whatever brings you, the work is always grounded in respect, warmth, and a genuine commitment to your growth.
Coaching sessions are conducted via video call and last 50 minutes. I work with a small number of clients at any one time, which means the work is always given the attention it deserves. If you would like to book standalone coaching sessions without a questionnaire, you can purchase and book directly below.
Coaching
My Approach
I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a registered practitioner psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), which means my coaching practice is underpinned by a rigorous scientific understanding of human behaviour, personality, and organisational life. I am also currently completing a postgraduate diploma in coaching and counselling, which is deepening my practice in ways I find genuinely exciting.
In practical terms, this means I bring both psychological depth and a light touch to my work. I take the science seriously without letting it get in the way of a real, human conversation. I ask questions that are sometimes challenging, but always offered with care. And I hold what you share with the confidentiality and professionalism it deserves.
Clients come to coaching for a wide range of reasons. Some of the most common themes I work with include:
Making sense of psychometric or assessment results and translating insight into action
Navigating career transitions, promotions, or significant role changes
Building confidence and developing a stronger sense of professional identity
Exploring leadership style and impact, particularly for new or aspiring leaders
Managing relationships at work, including difficult dynamics with colleagues or managers
Developing greater self-awareness around patterns of behaviour that may be getting in the way
Questions of belonging, identity, and authenticity at work
